These Terms of Use govern access to and use of CLAT Pathshala. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing, browsing, or using CLAT Pathshala (www.clatpathshala.com), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

2. About the platform

CLAT Pathshala is an online educational platform offering free mock tests for law entrance examinations in India, including but not limited to CLAT, AILET, LNAT-U, MH-CET Law, SLAT, NLSAT, and others. The platform is owned and operated by Pankaj Kumar Shukla, a sole proprietor based in Delhi, India.

3. Eligibility & registration

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account on CLAT Pathshala. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 16 years old.
  • The information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • You will update your information promptly if it changes.
  • If you are under 18, you have obtained your parent or guardian's consent to use the platform.

Registration is required to access mock tests. Each user is permitted only one account. Accounts are non-transferable.

Where we offer sign-up, you may be asked to confirm that you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy before your account is created. We may use email verification to help keep accounts legitimate.

4. User account responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. CLAT Pathshala is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or is used in a manner that disrupts the platform.

5. Acceptable use policy

When using CLAT Pathshala, you agree not to:

  • Reproduce, distribute, share, or commercially exploit any mock test content, questions, answer keys, or explanations without our prior written consent.
  • Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to access the platform or extract content.
  • Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple people to use a single account.
  • Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or compromise the platform's security or infrastructure.
  • Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful software.
  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Indian law.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
  • Capture mock test content (for example through screenshots or screen recordings) for unauthorised distribution.

We may use technical and operational measures to protect test integrity and to detect abuse, consistent with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All content on CLAT Pathshala — including mock test questions, answer explanations, study materials, design, graphics, logos, and text — is the intellectual property of CLAT Pathshala and its owner, and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and other applicable Indian intellectual property laws.

No content from this platform may be reproduced, modified, distributed, republished, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from CLAT Pathshala.

7. Advertisements & third-party links

CLAT Pathshala is a free, ad-supported platform. By using the platform, you acknowledge that:

  • Advertisements may be displayed during your use of the platform, including on mock test and result pages and in other sections.
  • Advertisements are served by third-party ad networks (including Google AdSense) and by direct partners such as law colleges and educational institutions.
  • CLAT Pathshala is not responsible for the content, accuracy, claims, or privacy practices of any third-party advertiser.
  • Clicking on any advertisement or third-party link is entirely at your own risk and discretion.
  • We do not endorse any product, service, or institution advertised on the platform unless explicitly stated.

Ads are labelled clearly where required by policy. We do not place ads that mimic the test interface or obstruct essential navigation or test content.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

CLAT Pathshala is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Specifically:

  • Mock tests are for practice purposes only and do not guarantee any specific result, score, or admission to any institution.
  • We do not represent that our mock tests mirror the exact pattern, difficulty level, or content of actual entrance examinations.
  • While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that all questions, answers, or explanations are error-free.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, or secure access to the platform.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, CLAT Pathshala and its owner, Pankaj Kumar Shukla, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of data, loss of opportunity, or performance in an actual entrance examination.

10. Modification of terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms of Use at any time at our sole discretion. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users by email.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of CLAT Pathshala shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
